The Goodwill Career & Technical Academy (GCTA) offers accelerated career training designed to provide individuals the knowledge and skills to secure a job with competitive wages, stability, and opportunity for growth. We prepare students to earn an industry-recognized job certification credential, and then connect them with employers in their new career field of study.

The GCTA Team provides training and support services at little to NO cost to students who qualify. We help students succeed through:

• Small class sizes, allowing for increased instructor focus and collaboration
• Day and evening classes, allowing flexibility to balance obligations outside of the classroom
• Dedicated one-on-one career guidance with a Career Case Manager
• Job-readiness training to prepare graduates for the workplace
• Job-placement assistance
